Equipment Servicing

Espresso Direct / Ignite Coffee has a comprehensive Service Centre based at its head office in Mt Wellington, Auckland. We have 3 full time technicians who are fully trained and authorised to work on Franke, La Spaziale, Dalla Corte, VBM and other various types of coffee machines.

We have 18 service technician contractors nationwide based in all the main centres and some rural areas.

The service team specialise in service call outs, preventative maintenance (PM) on the equipment, sale of spare parts and handle warranty claims and offer phone advice to customers.

We also offer home espresso machine servicing. Please call our service department and arrange a time to drop your machine in or bring it straight in to our service department at 248 Marua Rd, Mt Wellington - we aim to have a quick turnaround time.

Franke Digital Services (FDS) is now available where the coffee machines can be connected remotely and we can upload and download information to and from each machine. This can provide both us and the customer with important information live!
